Following the successful completion of his degree-level study in project and construction management, our founder, Delroy Ireson, embarked on his 20-year career in the diverse fields of domestic and commercial building management. Drawing upon the extensive knowledge he gained through his academic studies, as well as his deep-seated passion for creating striking and long-lasting design, he undertook a varied array of projects that spanned across the domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors. Each project was approached with a commitment to excellence and a keen eye for detail, further enriching his experience in the industry.

Within the first few years of his career, Delroy was successfully managing projects valued at over £1 million for Oxford University, all the while continuously developing his extensive knowledge and valuable skills in the industry with every project that he completed.
