Following the completion of degree-level study in project and construction management, our founder, Delroy Ireson, began his long career in domestic and commercial building management. Applying everything he learned through study, and his passion for striking, long-lasting design, he undertook a wide range of projects across the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors.

Within the first few years of his career, Delroy was managing £1m+ projects for Oxford University, and continuously developing his knowledge and skills in the industry with every project.

Eventually establishing Ireson-Bailey Ltd in 2016, he has since, in everything we’ve done in that time, implemented what he discovered to be the key factor in a successful project. Along with the quality of the build, and striving to surpass expectations every time, we know that communication is crucial to each and every build we work on.
